There is one area in which your employees can offer comments on why your company is among the best places to work. Those remarks may be shared to aid in the reporting process for articles that will be written about the winners in each tier. The responses to this question do not affect the score or ranking. This is applied for the purpose of assisting the writers in reporting on your company`s success.

This program is about workplace excellence and in no way will we report or release any findings other than those that establish the winners. Companies that participate but do not make any of the lists will not be disclosed. Other participants will not know which other companies are part of the program. Southern Research Group alone will hold the details on all surveys.

From the moment your company is registered to participate, all survey related information goes directly to the website provided by Southern Research Group.  They alone will answer questions and offer status reports on the number of surveys received as you work toward the participation percentage required for awards consideration.

Southern Research Group will provide only the contact information on participating companies to the Mississippi Business Journal and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management).  At the end of the program, the MBJ will receive the ranked lists of qualifying companies in each size category and information from the essay portions of the surveys will be used to promote companies in only the most positive climate.
